What to have ready
You don't need tax returns or W-2s. Here's what speeds up a term sheet:
- Property address and property type
- Purchase price, rehab budget, and after-repair value
- Requested loan amount and target closing date
- Borrower FICO range and number of deals completed
- Entity name (LLC or corp) if applicable
- Purchase contract or scope of work, if you have it
